Well gels i herd are better for your nails but i have acrylics and i know at my place i go to for my nails a FILL IN only is 15 but for gel nails fill in its 25$ which is practically a new set for acrylics. gel are better and shinyer but acrylic are cheaperWhat's the difference between acrylic and gel tips? acrrylic they put a fake nail on your nail and then build the look from there. gels are made completely out of the gel. i personally like the gels because they are a bit more durable, but at the same time the paint comes off just a bit easier.What's the difference between acrylic and gel tips? True, gels are a bit more expensive. But you can get them for pretty cheap if you look around a bit. They really aren't much different from acrylic. They look more realistic than acrylics but they're made the same way as acrylics are made.
acrylic use powder acrylic that need a trongly odorus liquid activator and gel are precombined products which are less stinky, pricier but will not give you a headache
