Technically you could, however they would go hard and brittle. Through general wear and tear the paint would probably chip off. You would be better getting some dye and soaking them.Is it ok to paint shoelaces with acrylic paint?
No!! its tacky and it wil strip and chip
go to any art%26amp;craft store ask for fabric dye
and there ya go
it prob. will just chip off.
If you go to a craft store or a store like walmart you can buy dye.
I would try this and not the acrylic paint.... and the dye is cheep!
