I think some years ago I saw Christina Millian put a photo of herself on her nails and I thought it was very cool. Does anyone know of any salon in Chicago that does this? Or any salon at all that can put real photos on artificial nails?!Does anyone know of a nail salon in Chicago or Chicago area where they can put portraits on acrylic nails?
