I just put 14 gauge tapers in and was wondering if its okay for my ears to use 14 gauge acrylic plugs until my next stretch instead of titanium or steelIs it okay to use acrylic plugs between ear stretches?
its fine for now. if your doing a big jump of sizes dont cas acrylic is porous and holds bacteria and can cause infection. they also stink really bad so clean them everydayIs it okay to use acrylic plugs between ear stretches?
yeah...of course. It easier to wear plugs or tunnels in between sizes. Tapers get caught on pillows, clothing and more...so it can irritate your ear if you wear them all the time.
yeah...acrylic is usually more light weight...so it will be more comfortable too!
I've done it, and it just itched like hell... that's all. Other than that everything was great
