I have a homemade tattoo gun and i have been using dragons blood ink but need something different and I wont use pen ink at all an d was wondering if arcylic paint will work. Can you use acrylic paint for tattooing?
LOL That's actually a funny question. Years ago I got my boyfriend, who is now my ex, to tattoo a star on my ankle. I had these paints you get from, like a paint by numbers kit. They were little containers with different colours in them, and they were all attached, in a line. To this day, what my ex tattooed on me, has not disappeared. Mind you, I regret doing it, but it's still there! I believe they were water soluble paints...Can you use acrylic paint for tattooing?
absolutely not. acrylic paint is DEFINITELY not suitable for tattooing. in all honesty, you should be messing with tattoos if you don't know the basics. please don't try anything like this.
NO - ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!
Acrylic paint is a POISON to the human body. Save your money and get tattoo inks.
Dude, this question earns you lifetime membership in the scratcher hall of fame........... now how about you put down the wierd science homemade tattoo toy and stop maiming people because that's all you can do with that crap.
hmm... I really don't think so.
You have to be kidding...............you're up for a law suit and probably some jail time for infecting someone.
Did you look in the dictionary for the word acrylic.........maybe
if you spelled it right, you might get somewhere.
Paint is paint............ink is ink.....if you don't clean up your act,
you won't be doing anymore tats.
What a scratcher...........lmao.........have to spend money to
make money..........get yourself some ';real ink'; and a ';real';
tattoo machine.
You're doing more damage than good.
All this does, is tell me that you're in it for the money..........
and that is sooooooooo wrong.
no. no. no.... NO! Acrylic paint expands when cured!
ah, NO
yes you can use acrylic paint but it has to be thin and you must first wic it to remove the acrylic from it
we used it in prison if you can't find or afford real tattoo ink i recomend makeing your own outline ink to do so get a magazine and a candle light the candle and hold the mag about 6'; above the fire so that soot gathers on the mag scrape the carbon off the mag mix with water till it is thin theres the most natural ink you can find
Prison has taught you well, but not well enough. No it won't work because acrylics are water soluble plus..they are what you might consider a liquid plastic. Why don't you want to use pen ink? I've seen many tats done with pen ink(in a homemade gun..electric razor, guitar string) and their bodies held the color close to the original color(with the exception of white) and it also depends on how deep you go with the ink.You might have to make more than a few passes but I would go with the pen ink.
