Is it okay if I paint on my MacBook with acrylic paint?

I bought my MacBook 2 years ago. I kept it in very good condition. I got the white one and I am an artist so I want to paint over it. I wanna do this process with acrylic but I'm scared if something will happen. Is it okay if I paint on it? Please let me know. :]

Remember that acrylics are waterbased, so the water will be able to remove the painting lately, plus the notebook has a sleek surface which might make removing acrylics much easier. You should find a surface appropriate paints, maybe try to ask the help on pearlpaint.com website....
The only problem would be if the paint keeps more heat within the computer, heat and computers are bad.
i think it should be fine. its not as if ur gonna paint the keyboard and the actual inside. id love to paint mine, but im not very good. ill just get skins for mine. anyway, hope it looks good. X
There used to be an online seller than would paint Macbooks and iMacs in all sorts of psychedellic colors and resell them. Like flourescent lime green and flourescent pink. Don't know what kind of paint he used.





You can but a white casing (top or bottom lid) and experiment with it. They are around 20 bucks online.
Yeah should be fine so long as you keep it off of the keyboard.
