How can I get acrylic paint out of a shortweave nylon carpet. Its trodden in too?

Acrylic dries as a kind of rubbery plastic. Anyone had this problem?How can I get acrylic paint out of a shortweave nylon carpet. Its trodden in too?
Acrylic spill can be removed with acetone, or ordinary nail poish remover. I use it all the time in my studio.How can I get acrylic paint out of a shortweave nylon carpet. Its trodden in too?
You can also use Woolite 2x spray For pets. It works on Builders grade Carpet or any other carpet and gets dried up acrylic paint of the carpet.

You can also get a product at the hardware store or wallmart called';OOPS';, it will remove all kinds of stuff.
I would try a product called Goo Gone. I haven't ever had anything it wont take out. It's fantastic and cheap.
Use soap and hot water with a little scrub brush. If that dont work you can gently cut the very tips with a sharp razor blade.
